The pre-team program is non-competitive with a focus on the foundational work necessary to prepare to compete. The time commitment is limited but will increase as gymnasts move up levels. Our pre-team program has three levels: Gym Stars 2, Gym Stars 1, and Galaxy.
Pre-team will prepare gymnasts for competition with the main focus being shape training, mastering core skills, and increasing strength. Teamwork and respect will also be emphasized. Gymnasts will have the opportunity to work in an environment that tests their mental and physical abilities while having fun.
